Attorney Hoeper is going to be instructing for the National Business Institute in Madison, Wisconsin on December 13, 2011 speaking about the fundamentals of estate administration including identifying probate and non-probate assets, understanding the various forms of administration, considerations for small estates, and knowing the advantages and disadvantages of informal administration. Following that, he will be instructing a second section on considerations for collecting the assets, preparing the inventory, and handling claims against the estate.
Hoeper Law Offices is assisting clients in handling adverse possession disputes in a number of different counties in the state of Wisconsin. In the last year we have successfully pursued Adverse Possession claims in Dodge, Fond du Lac and Green Lake Counties.
Attorney Hoeper recently successfully concluded a mediated settlement in an automobile collision case that was approaching a jury trial in Sheboygan County, achieving a recovery of a level of damages which satisfied the client and allowed him to provide for his past and future collision related medical expenses.
Attorney Hoeper’s daughter, Natalie, a second year law review JD candidate at the University of Wisconsin Law School, is spending the summer working for a Chicago law firm in the contracts area. Natalie was formerly a model for the Ford Agency in Chicago and appeared on the cover of “Wisconsin Bride.”
Attorney Hoeper is going to be racing this summer in the highly competitive Snipe fleet in a series of weekend races hosted by the Green Lake Yacht Club. The soft water racing will make a change from the extensive travel and technical equipment adjustments associated with his racing of DN iceboats in the winter. Last winter, he participated in the World Championships which drew sailors from 13 countries and was sailed with the winds gusting up to 25 m.p.h.
